General Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction on
every product we sell with a full refund. All items must be returned
within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The following policies apply:
- All items must be returned with their original product packaging
- A copy of the packing slip or the customer email receipt must accompany all returns.
- Refunds will be in the form of your original payment (on the same credit card as the original purchase)
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of our receipt of a return
- To better serve our customers, please include a note stating the reason for the return
For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable carrier that
can provide you with delivery confirmation. We shall not be
responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be
paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. We will reimburse
shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective
products inside the U.S. only.
